About the role:

Are you passionate about ensuring regulatory excellence and driving compliance in the financial industry? Join our Client's dynamic Legal & Compliance team as a Compliance Analyst, where you'll play a key role in maintaining high standards and supporting critical compliance functions. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Legal & Compliance, you'll contribute to policy development, compliance monitoring, and regulatory filings in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities: 

• Develop, update, and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with securities laws.
• Assist in designing and delivering compliance training programs.
• Support trading, vendor oversight, and other key compliance processes.
• Conduct internal compliance audits and monitoring activities.
• Manage timely and accurate regulatory filings.
• Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance to internal teams.
• Research and analyze regulatory changes and their impact.
• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance compliance functions and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 1-2 years of compliance experience in asset management.
• Education: University degree or equivalent.
• Skills:
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret regulatory frameworks.
• Nice-to-Have:
  • Experience with Charles River Investment Management Solution.
  • Familiarity with NI 31-103 and NI 81-102 regulations.
