Role Overview: 
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager / Administrative Professional to support our client in managing a newly established family office.   This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who excels at multitasking in both operations and administration and can work in a fast paced environment.
Family Office & Investment Support:
  •  Assist in structuring and organizing the new family office
  •  Maintain financial records, tax documents, and legal filings
  • Oversee property management activities, including maintenance schedules, leases, and tenant communications
  • Provide administrative support for two operating companies, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
  • Calendar and email management, scheduling meetings and travel
  • Assist in organizing business and personal events
Qualifications: 
  • 10+ years of experience in similar role preferably within family office management, real estate, or investment administration
  • Strong knowledge of front and back-office operations
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • You must be tech and system savvy, Proficient in Microsoft Office, and the usual office programs and equipment.
  •  Ability to work independently with a high level of discretion and professionalism
