Project Manager

Location: Richmond, Virginia
Salary: $120,000 - $130,000
Required: Experience managing ICI projects valued at $30M+ with a general contractor
Industry: K-12 schools, commercial, healthcare, senior living, education, and municipal projects

What You’ll Do

As a Project Manager, you’ll play a critical role in delivering successful projects while fostering a positive and efficient work environment. Your responsibilities will include:
Project Leadership – Oversee all aspects of the construction process, ensuring projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Team Management – Lead project teams, including subcontractors and consultants, to promote safety, efficiency, and collaboration.
Client & Stakeholder Communication – Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other key stakeholders.
Problem-Solving – Identify challenges early, implement effective solutions, and keep projects moving forward.
Budget & Scheduling – Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules, ensuring financial and operational success.
Quality & Safety – Uphold company safety standards and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

What You Bring

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: At least 5 years of project management experience with a commercial general contractor.
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with construction processes, project management software, and safety standards.
