What You’ll Be Doing

• Reviewing plans and specifications to create precise, competitive estimates.
•  Staying updated on material, labor, and equipment costs to ensure accurate proposals.
•  Ensuring compliance with local, city, and state building codes.
•  Leading and mentoring project engineers and assistant estimators.
•  Enhancing expertise across drywall, acoustics, doors/frames/hardware, and specialties.

What You Bring to the Table

• A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Finance, or Accounting (preferred).
• 5–7 years of estimating experience (or at least 2 years as an Assistant Estimator).
•  Proficiency in On-Screen Takeoff software (minimum 3 years).
•  Strong ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
•  A self-motivated, results-driven mindset with a passion for excellence.
