Site Supervisor

Location: Niagara Falls, Ontario
Employment Type: Full Time
Compensation: $150,000 - $160,000 per year (dependent on candidate experience)

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Full-Time Site Supervisor with experience in mid-rise/high-rise construction. The successful candidate will oversee a mid-rise multistory concrete and steel structure project in Niagara Falls.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all construction activities on-site
• Ensure project timelines and milestones are met
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations and procedures
• Oversee subcontractors and ensure quality standards are maintained
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any issues that arise
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in mid-rise/high-rise construction
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations
• Proven ability to manage and lead a team effectively
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite
