What You’ll Do:
As the Senior Electrical Project Manager, you will:

• Lead Projects with Precision: Develop estimates, project plans, and timelines while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet design expectations.
• Foster Client Relationships: Work directly with clients to meet their expectations and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients to expand our portfolio.
• Oversee Teams: Manage personnel and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution on-site.
• Ensure Excellence: Visit project sites, address issues, and implement innovative solutions to improve processes.
• Mentor and Inspire: Guide team members and junior staff to achieve their full potential.
• Prioritize Safety: Enforce job site safety and compliance with OSHA and company standards.
• Stay at the Forefront: Attend industry and community events to keep up with trends and opportunities.
• Handle the Details: Manage project finances, billing, collections, and prepare Change Management Forms and MOPs.

What We’re Looking For:
Required:

• Unlimited Electrical License is mandatory.
• Proven experience in electrical contracting project management with a solid understanding of electrical installations.
• Ability to interpret electrical and mechanical drawings.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with billing and collections.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to safety with OSHA 30-hour certification (or ability to complete it within the first year).

Preferred:

• College degree, journeyman’s license, or master electrician’s license.
• 8+ years of experience managing mission-critical projects (data centers, healthcare, etc.).
• Expertise in tools like Bluebeam, Procore, Microsoft Project, and on-screen takeoff.
