Our real estate development client is in need of an experienced Human Resources Manager to assume full, day-to-day responsibility for all human resources activities including (but not limited to):

• Talent Acquisition
• Employee Relations and Engagement
• Performance Management and Development
• Policy Development and Compliance
• HR Strategic Planning
• HR Operations
• Workforce Compliance and Risk Management

Qualifications and Skills:

• Degree in business, human resources, or related, CHRP is an asset but not required
• Strong understanding of human resources functions gained through several years of recent and relevant employment
• Strong understanding of Ontario employment regulations and laws
• HRIS and benefits management software experience
• Bilingual English and Chinese (Mandarin preferred) both verbal and written
• Knowledge of real estate development and construction industry preferred but consideration will be given to those that meet the language, educational, and experience requirements.

This is a newly created position that will report to an EVP/General Manager, and support executives, line managers, and all staff. The position is fully onsite – there is no remote/hybrid offered. A car allowance is provided as is free parking. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner and open to growth as this company expands its business in the GTA and beyond.
