As a key member of the leadership team, you’ll guide large-scale, technically complex projects across all phases - from design development through to contract administration. You’ll also mentor junior team members, represent the firm with clients, and help drive both design and business strategy as the Vancouver office continues to grow.
Project Leadership – Drive design development through to construction with a sharp eye on quality, timelines, and outcomes
Contract Administration – Lead CA processes: RFIs, site reviews, change orders, quality control - you know the drill
Team Mentorship – Coach and empower junior staff in a collaborative, high-performance studio culture
Technical Excellence – Review detailed construction docs and specs for accuracy and buildability
Client & Stakeholder Liaison – Be the go-to contact across client, consultant, and contractor relationships
Code + Compliance – Navigate BC Building Code, municipal bylaws, and permit requirements with confidence
Strategic Problem-Solving – Tackle challenges head-on with solutions that balance design, scope, and budget
A professional degree in Architecture and AIBC registration
10+ years of experience, including civic, institutional, cultural, and mixed-use projects
5+ years of hands-on contract admin experience (you’re confident on-site and in the details)
Revit expertise; AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering tools are assets
Strong grasp of detailing, materials, systems, and technical coordination
Deep knowledge of BCBC and permitting workflows
Leadership skills and a passion for building both great spaces and great teams
