Senior Project Manager - Commercial Roofing
Location: Laurel, MD (Open to Relocation )
Salary: $90,000–$120,000 per year

Join a highly respected full-service roofing and exterior services company in Laurel, MD, as their Senior Project Manager. In this role, you’ll be the cornerstone of planning, managing, and delivering commercial roofing projects of all sizes. From budget creation to team collaboration, you’ll oversee every detail to ensure success. What You’ll Do

• Lead diverse teams to complete projects on time, within budget, and with precision.
• Oversee all project tasks, assigning roles and responsibilities to team members.
• Create detailed cost analyses and develop accurate budgets based on estimates.
• Identify risks, devise mitigation strategies, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Act as the main liaison between your team, clients, and vendors to maintain smooth operations.
• Ensure strict adherence to federal, state, and local regulations, as well as industry standards and company protocols.
• Discover cost-saving opportunities to improve project efficiency and results.
• Conduct post-project financial analysis to evaluate performance metrics and bid success.

What You Bring

• A High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree a plus).
• 5+ years of recent project management experience in the commercial roofing industry.
• Hands-on expertise with roofing systems like single-ply, asphalt, cold-applied, hot-applied, and metal roofing (preferred).
• Proven success managing multi-million-dollar commercial roofing projects (having a detailed project portfolio is a big plus).
• Knowledge of government reroofing projects (a bonus!).
• Proficiency with tools like Edge Estimating, Procore, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with sharp attention to detail.
• A solid understanding of cost accounting principles.
