Position: Electrical Superintendent – Data Center
Location: Dallas-Fort Worth, TX
Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000

Company Overview: Our client is a leading electrical contracting firm with a national presence dedicated to providing exceptional services, including electrical contracting, systems integration, building automation, and technology infrastructure.

Role Summary:
The Electrical Superintendent for Data Centers plays a pivotal role in executing complex electrical systems in mission-critical facilities. This position requires technical expertise in data center infrastructure and the ability to inspire and lead teams to excellence in performance and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee construction activities, ensuring effective methods, sequencing, manpower allocation, and schedule adherence.
• Train and mentor field staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
• Manage daily operations of multiple mid-sized projects alongside Electrical Foremen, driving efficiency and innovation.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop and maintain project schedules and milestones.
• Actively communicate site issues and solutions with stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Quickly address field construction challenges with a proactive mindset.
• Maintain strong communication with subcontractors to ensure timely material delivery and quality assurance.
• Uphold rigorous safety protocols, assisting in incident investigations for continuous learning and improvement.
• Review subcontractor scopes to ensure quality and schedule compliance.
• Support the Project Manager in resolving disputes and negotiating project adjustments.
• Inspire and guide Project Associates in their professional development journey.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience supervising electrical work in data centers as an Electrical Superintendent or General Foreman.
• Proficient in reading construction documents and interpreting technical specifications. - Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Solid understanding of construction scheduling and cost control.

 Preferred Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in electrical construction project supervision.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management.
