Role Summary:
We are seeking experienced Commercial Flat Roofers to join our team in Surrey, BC. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in flat roofing systems and a strong commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork. You will perform installations, repairs, and maintenance on commercial flat roofing systems while contributing to the successful completion of a variety of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain flat roofing systems such as SBS, TPO, EPDM, PVC, and Torch On.
• Ensure work is performed safely and in compliance with company and industry standards.
• Use tools, equipment, and materials efficiently and effectively.
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on time and to specifications.
• Communicate with team leads or project managers to report progress and any issues.
• Perform inspections of completed work to ensure high-quality results.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in flat roofing, including SBS and Torch On systems.
• Strong knowledge of flat roofing techniques, materials, and safety protocols.
• Ability to work on ladders and at heights safely.
• Commitment to following instructions and working as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites.
