Low-Rise Site Supervisor

Site Supervisor
$120K plus package

Full-Time, Permanent | Waterloo-Kitchener, Ontario

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to manage on-site operations for a range of residential projects, including single-detached homes, townhomes, and multi-residential buildings. Reporting to the Construction Manager, the ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and adhere to strict health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the complete construction process, from initial groundwork to final inspections.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and secure job site environment.
  • Coordinate and supervise sub-trades to ensure continuous progress and high-quality work.
  • Address and resolve any on-site issues efficiently while upholding project specifications.
  • Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, ensuring a seamless flow of information.
  • Strictly enforce health and safety policies, ensuring compliance at all times.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Significant experience in residential construction supervision, especially multi-unit projects.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with an eye for quality and detail.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and manage on-site activities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a firm but approachable demeanor.
  • Knowledge of relevant construction codes, safety regulations, and building practices.
