Service Sales Manager - Commercial Roofing
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 annually + bonuses

What You’ll Do
- Lead and Inspire: Mentor, coach, and evaluate Sales Representatives, driving team success and individual growth.
- Drive Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans, analyze market trends, and set ambitious sales targets.
- Build Relationships: Cultivate strong connections with clients, architects, consultants, and property managers, offering tailored commercial roofing service packages.
- Grow the Business: Identify and secure new opportunities through cold calling, referrals, networking, and lead follow-ups.
- Manage Projects: Oversee accurate building measurements, estimates, contracts, and financial tracking. Ensure a seamless transition from sales to project execution.
- Marketing Engagement: Plan and participate in marketing initiatives to expand reach and visibility.
What You’ll Bring
- Required:
- High School Diploma / GED.
- At least 5 yrs in commercial construction sales, with experience managing a sales team highly preferred.
- Expertise in commercial roofing, including single-ply, asphalt, cold-applied, hot-applied, and metal systems.
- Proven success managing sales teams and achieving targets.
- At least 3 years of experience in commercial roofing.
- A track record of growing market share and driving business results.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Superior organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.
- Exceptional communication abilities and proficiency in sales tracking systems.
- Preferred:
- A degree in Business or Construction Management.
