The Role:
Our client is seeking a Senior Project Architect with exemplary leadership skills and a clear vision for the future of architecture. With 10+ years in the industry, this role invites you to guide projects from inception through completion, mentor a dynamic team, build client relationships and set a standard of excellence. Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive design with innovative, practical solutions across diverse, high-profile projects, setting the standard for creative and operational excellence.
  • Manage projects from concept to construction, showcasing your leadership and creativity at every stage.
  • Work alongside principals, associates, senior architects, and interns fostering a culture where everyone’s strengths shine.
  • Mentor junior architects, foster skill growth, and create an environment of support and learning
  • Take an active role in client relations and construction administration, ensuring clear and effective coordination.
  • Stay ahead of trends, bringing fresh ideas and inspiring the team to leverage the latest technologies.
  • Develop, review, and maintain architectural drawings, specifications, and technical documents to the highest standards.
  • Embrace industry trends and bring fresh perspectives to the design process.
  • Build strong client connections, create impactful presentations, and convey design concepts with confidence.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring smooth execution and optimal use of resources.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Registration as an architect with AIBC
  • 10+ years of professional experience with an impressive, diverse project portfolio.
  • Progress towards or achievement of architectural licensure preferred.
  • Skilled in Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
  • Proven experience managing projects from concept through completion.
  • Exceptional communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • A deep commitment to architecture and a drive to make a lasting impact.
