  • Support the Site Superintendent in addressing productivity issues and monitor employee and subcontractor performance to ensure adherence to project plans and budget.
  • Ensure compliance with the project construction schedule and establish systems to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Implement and complete the suite construction inspection and deficiency rectification program prior to the PDI.
  • Create and forecast schedules to identify efficiencies and time savings in construction and suite matrix timelines.
  • Manage deficiency tracking and resolution, ensuring all suite deficiencies are rectified within one week of reporting and maintaining an average of 8 or fewer deficiencies per suite at PDI.
  • Achieve full compliance with the Health and Safety Manual, as well as Site-Specific Health and Safety Manuals relevant to company standards and its subsidiaries and affiliates.
  • Demonstrate leadership in health, safety, and environmental protection by applying HS&E standards and promoting compliance with OH&S regulations among all project personnel.
  • Follow FCM and FRE design standards and guidelines closely.
  • Oversee daily on-site construction activities as a member of the Project Site Team.
  • Assist in trade meetings with internal and external stakeholders to monitor and support project progress.
  • Guarantee project materials are supplied and work aligns with the Project Quality Program.
  • Adhere to the Occupational Health and Safety Act and related regulations, including reporting requirements from the Ministry of Labour and the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board.
  • Contribute to project reporting that accurately tracks site progress against the baseline schedule, events, inspections, and other relevant details.
  • Strategically plan manpower levels and material quantities, ensuring the availability of necessary equipment and trades while providing guidance for team development.
  • Contribute to construction plan development and manage subcontractor activities effectively.
  • Produce detailed and accurate 4-week look-ahead schedules.
  • Supervise and coordinate field engineering and construction operations.
  • Ensure projects adhere to approved plans, specifications, shop drawings, and applicable building codes while maintaining quality standards.
  • Assist in updating schedules, tracking extra/credit logs, and forecasting Division 1 concrete and rebar supplies.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by your manager, with work hours determined by site activities and reviewed daily with the Site Superintendent.
