Position Overview:
We’re seeking an enthusiastic Intermediate Architect with 3-5 years of experience who is passionate about design and thrives in collaborative settings. In this role, you will contribute to innovative architectural projects and grow within a firm that champions creativity and career development.
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop creative, functional, and sustainable architectural designs across a variety of projects.
- Assist in managing projects from concept through to construction, utilizing strong design and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with senior architects, project managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders, providing support through all stages of construction and project coordination.
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, technical documentation, and specifications to ensure quality and compliance with regulations.
- Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously refine and improve design processes.
- Communicate design concepts effectively to clients, preparing presentations and managing project progress.
- Help oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
- 3-7 years of professional experience with a diverse project portfolio.
- Progress toward or completion of architectural licensure is a plus.
- Proficient in design software such as Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction techniques.
- Proven experience managing projects from design inception through to completion.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit.
- A passion for architecture and making a positive impact through innovative design.
