Salary: $120-$140K, dependent on experience (Industrial, Commercial, Institutional)

Must have general contractor experience with commercial sectors, senior living, parking, healthcare, education, and municipal sectors.  Experience with Projects ranging in size from $1.5 million to $100+ million.

Company Overview: An established construction company is seeking experienced Construction Project Managers to join our dynamic team. Our company specializes in various market sectors, including commercial, senior living, parking, healthcare, education, and municipal projects. Our project sizes range from $1.5 million to over $100 million.

Position Overview: As a Construction Project Manager, you will oversee specific projects to ensure that all goals and objectives are achieved within the defined safety, timeframe, and budgetary constraints. You will be tasked with reviewing project proposals or plans to determine timelines, funding limitations, and procedures for project completion. Additionally, you will assess staffing needs and allocate resources to various phases of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion.
  • Ensure projects are completed within prescribed safety, timeframe, and budgetary parameters.
  • Review project proposals or plans to establish timelines, funding limits, and procedures for successful completion.
  • Determine staffing requirements and allocate resources effectively across different project phases.
  • Oversee project teams to ensure adherence to project plans, safety standards, and quality control measures.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and successful project delivery.
  • Monitor project progress, manage changes, and resolve any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and present regular project updates to senior management and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management with a commercial general contractor.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and project management methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver them on time and within budget.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
