This Lead reliability Engineer will oversee, mentor, develop and lead the engineering team at sites to optimize rotating & static equipment assets reliability and Total Cost of Ownership 

Ideal Reliability Engineering Lead candidates will have most of the following:

• BSc Mechanical Engineering and PEng (or eligible)
• 5+ years progressive reliability engineering skills & experience - ideally with at least 3+ years with rotating equipment (ie, pumps) plus some solid vibration analysis 
• 2+ years supervisory / mentorship of junior engineers & techs
• Some application engineering , technical sales support and / or detailed design / product development skills & experience would be an asset
