Customer Care Manager

About Us: Our client is a leading development company specializing in high-rise and hospitality projects. They are known for their commitment to creating vibrant communities and are looking for a motivated and organized Senior Project Coordinator to join their team at the head office in Vaughan.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regularly visit active job sites to provide guidance and support to the Customer Service team on a rotating schedule.
  • Track and review outstanding correspondence lists in collaboration with on-site Customer Service Representatives.
  • Maintain and generate monthly reports on outstanding correspondence to ensure compliance with all warranty deadlines.
  • Attend homeowner inspections alongside Service Representatives when needed.
  • Manage and oversee any Conciliation Requests.
  • Supervise Service Technicians’ schedules and the quality of their work.
  • Coordinate and participate in Customer Service meetings and other relevant gatherings.
  • Inspect homes on the day of occupancy to confirm they meet our quality standards.
  • Conduct follow-ups with customers as needed.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in the construction industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic construction environment.
  • Must have knowledge of Tarion Warranty guidelines.
  • Capable of reviewing warranty letters and making informed decisions for appropriate delegation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other relevant software.

Compensation:

  • A competitive salary package based on experience (range: $95K to $105K).
  • Includes a company vehicle.
