Since 2007, our client has specialized in installing, repairing, and maintaining residential roofs with a strong focus on customer service. They are also a successful franchisor with franchises throughout the United States. Their mission is to provide high-quality roofing services at competitive prices, ensuring homes are well-protected and comfortable. They are now seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to drive their marketing initiatives and support their franchise network.

Position Overview:

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, creating, and implementing marketing campaigns across various channels. This role requires a technically skilled, results-driven professional who can manage all aspects of the company’s marketing efforts, including graphic design, digital marketing, and campaign execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of advertising and marketing principles, including experience in coding, algorithms, and psychology-based campaign creation. Franchise experience is essential for this role, as you will be working closely with the company's franchisees to support their marketing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Development and Execution:

  • Design, develop, and implement marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms.
  • Create and manage content, including graphics, ads, and promotional materials.
  • Execute campaigns that are tailored to different personality types and customer segments, leveraging psychology-based insights.

Technical Expertise:

  • Apply coding and algorithmic knowledge to optimize digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, and PPC.
  • Manage and maintain the company’s website, ensuring it is optimized for user experience and search engines.
  • Utilize data analytics to track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.

Franchise Support:

  • Provide marketing support and guidance to franchisees across the U.S., ensuring brand consistency and helping them achieve local marketing success.
  • Develop marketing materials and templates that can be customized by franchisees.
  • Collaborate with franchisees to create localized campaigns that align with the overall brand strategy.

Brand Management:

  • Maintain and enhance the company’s brand identity across all marketing channels.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging and visuals in all marketing materials.
  • Develop and oversee the production of marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, and digital content.

Customer Engagement and Sales Support:

  • Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement lead generation strategies.
  • Create customer-centric marketing tactics to enhance customer experience and retention.
  • Monitor customer feedback and adjust marketing strategies to address any issues or opportunities.

Digital Marketing and Technology:

  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
  • Implement and manage marketing automation tools to streamline marketing processes.
  • Optimize online marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in marketing, with a strong focus on technical aspects such as graphic design, coding, and algorithms.
  • Proven track record of creating and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in franchise marketing and supporting franchisees is essential.
  • Strong understanding of advertising principles and the ability to explain and apply them effectively.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
