Our client is currently seeking a Sales / Estimator professional for their Service Division. This person will be the voice and initial contact for them, you must be self-motivated, energetic, and able to help build and maintain relationships with customers. We have updated technology to help you effectively do your job, but we also take the “boots on the roof” approach to ensure accuracy in our bids and the effectiveness of our repairs.

About the Job
Our client is currently seeking a Sales / Estimator professional for their Service Division. This person will be the voice and initial contact for them, you must be self-motivated, energetic, and able to help build and maintain relationships with customers. We have updated technology to help you effectively do your job, but we also take the “boots on the roof” approach to ensure accuracy in our bids and the effectiveness of our repairs.
Responsibilities
- Handle all aspects of sales and estimating for residential and commercial properties.
- Must be able to communicate effectively while interacting with customers, being resourceful and competitive, and performing well in a team environment.
- Meet with property owners, homeowners, insurance adjusters, and property management companies.
- Measure roofs, perform inspections, and complete inspection reports.
- Handle pricing, order materials, and work with the division manager and/or technicians to complete the work.
- Create and send proposals.
- Perform minor temporary repairs and/or additional inspections if needed.
- Maintain the current customer base and relationships.
- Build and maintain new customer relationships.
- Must have roofing experience.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have held a license for at least two years.
- Ability to work with cloud-based software from a phone and/or tablet.
- Must be able to consistently lift over 50 pounds and set up a ladder.
- MUST pass a drug screening.
- Must not have a fear of heights.
- Willing to travel overnight and work weekends during storms or emergency situations as needed.
- Health, dental, vision, and life insurance are available. Two options of health insurance. Options available for spouse and family coverage.
