Senior Development Coordinator Duties & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Development Manager to create and maintain proformas, line-item budgets, project briefs, and schedules.
- Handle meeting minutes, scheduling, and other administrative tasks.
- Work in a team environment alongside other departments, reporting directly to the Development Manager.
- Assist with due diligence and development feasibility analysis studies.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a constantly changing environment.
- Assist in drafting presentations and reports.
- Optimize resources effectively to achieve project objectives.
- Bring innovative ideas to enhance development strategies.
- Analyze federal and municipal policies.
Senior Development Coordinator Qualifications:
- Construction Project Coordination experience an asset
- Self-motivated individuals with a high degree of initiative.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills and a sense of humor.
- Exhibit an excellent work ethic, attention to detail, and a strong moral compass.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to excel in both individual and group settings.
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience in the development industry, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Critical thinkers with a focus on results.
- Organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Projects and graphic design skills preferred.
