In this position, you'll collaborate with a dynamic team of data scientists, analysts, product managers, engineers, and more to design and deliver data-centric products aimed at overcoming healthcare accessibility barriers and dismantling related stigmas. Joining the Data Science team, you'll find yourself part of the broader Analytics and Data Science organization. This role offers extensive collaboration opportunities, allowing you to engage with various experts to address unique challenges. We're equipped with the necessary data and team; we're now in search of an exceptional Director to spearhead our rapid technical growth. Could you be the one we're looking for?
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Machine Learning Engineers to develop ML solutions for marketing, product, and operational needs, including models for medical recommendations.
- Work alongside data scientists, engineers, product managers, and designers to create machine learning-powered systems.
- Inform decision-making with your expertise in data and statistical applications.
- Address new challenges in delivering personalized medicine predictions and prescriptions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ML and AI tools that address common user issues, such as recommendation engines and predictive models.
- Develop our machine learning and data utilization strategy.
Qualifications:
- Over 10 years of experience in data science or machine learning, demonstrating a track record of leveraging machine learning to enhance product metrics.
- Demonstrated leadership of a team of Machine Learning Engineers or a high-level Data Science team.
- Strong foundation in machine learning principles, modeling methods, and integrating ML models into products.
- Deep understanding of contemporary data science and machine learning technologies.
