As a Multi-Family Salesperson, you will be responsible for driving sales of interior finishes to General Contractors (GCs) and management companies within the multi-family residential sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, a deep understanding of interior finishes, and strong relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic sales plans to meet targets in the multi-family residential market.
- Cultivate relationships with key clients and collaborate internally for customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities for business growth.
- Present proposals and negotiate contracts to secure profitable deals.
- Maintain accurate sales records using CRM software.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven success in sales, particularly in interior finishes or related products.
- Strong understanding of the multi-family residential market.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
