Site Superintendent, Highrise Residental & Master Plan : Are you a seasoned pro in the construction world, particularly when it comes to overseeing the construction of high-rise multi-family projects? If so, we've got an opportunity that's tailor-made for your expertise constructing buildings and shaping communities. This role will oversee projects in the Lower Mainland.

Salary Range: $140,000 to $180,000

Site Superintendent, Highrise Residental & Master Plan Duties: 

• Ensure project schedule is on track working in collaboration with the Senior Superintendent and Project Manager
• Execute project work plans aimed at keeping projects on track and on budget
• Manage all key aspects of the construction site
• Maintain a safe and organized site
• Manage all day-to-day activities
• Manage and schedule sub-contractors, suppliers, and vendors
• Manage direct employees
• Manage materials and service purchase orders as per company processes
• Lead site project meetings and provide direction and guidance when needed
• Maintain daily reports and schedule to demonstrate site progress

Site Superintendent, Highrise Residental & Master Plan requirements: 

• 6 years+ experience as a Superintendent or similar direct supervisory role
• Experience in concrete high-rise residential is required
• Combination of work experience and/or certification/training in an industry-related trade
• Working knowledge of health and safety programs within the general construction industry
• Solid understanding of current construction practices, working knowledge of construction documents, drawings, specifications
• Ability to guide safe work practices in a high-pressure environment
• Strong leader, able to communicate clearly and promote teamwork
• Ability to use technology, email, and learn software programs as needed
