Senior Project Coordinator

Role Overview:

Senior Project Coordinator - Salary:  $80,000 - $100,000 + Benefits

Responsibilities:

Here’s What You’ll be Responsible for:

  • Maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, consultants, trades, and the public.
  • Ensure compliance with company`s Health and Safety Program and Policy and Procedures Manual.
  • Assist in preparing and updating project baseline schedules.
  • Ensure project teams adhere to timelines and deliverables.
  • Prepare, track, and process shop drawings, RFI’s, and SI’s.
  • Record, track, and process all construction drawings.
  • Prepare contract revisions for approval by the Project Manager.
  • Assist in reconciling subtrade and supplier’s accounts.
  • Prepare budget reports, monthly Project Cost Reports, cash-flow, and progress billings.
  • Coordinate and monitor all deficiencies to completion.
  • Provide innovative solutions to project-related issues.
  • Manage day-to-day activities for the Project Management team.
  • Utilize Company`s Project Management Software, scheduling software, and accounting software for project administration.
  • Prepare close-out documentation, including O&M Manuals, warranties, coordinate warranty work, and archive project records.
  • Assist in securing new work through various project-related activities.
  • Supervise, mentor, coach, and train other project personnel, when applicable.
  • Monitor and provide feedback on subtrade performance.

Qualification Requirements:

Qualification Criteria:

  • Possess an Engineering degree (Civil/Construction/Architectural) or technical college diploma in Construction Management or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 3 years of construction experience or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of all aspects of construction (technology, equipment, methods), industry practices, estimating/budgeting, and scheduling.
  • Strong understanding and adherence to safety standards.
  • WELL Accreditation is considered an asset.
  • Computer literate, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Project.
  • Experience with Primavera P6, Procore, and BIM software knowledge is an asset.
