THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- P.Eng, PMP, PMI or equivalent
- A minimum of 15 years of proven experience working in Heavy Civil/Infrastructure on large projects in excess of $70M
- In-depth knowledge of federal and provincial Health & Safety regulations
- Strong knowledge of construction practices & procedures, materials and project management
- Extensive experience managing budget on large projects
- A demonstrated high level of initiative, attention to detail and accuracy.
- Advanced leadership and coaching skills
- Professional, persuasive, outgoing and mature attitude.
- Competitive Compensation & Benefits Package. $150 - $250K base, dependent on experience, RRSP match
