The Commercial Manager will lead our industrial construction client's proposal  process: RFIs, RFQs, submissions to post submittal evaluations.  Typical projects can range from $500,000 to $100+ Million including industrial maintenance, greenfield & brownfield construction.  

Ideal Commercial / Proposal Manager candidates will likely have most of the following attributes:

• 10+ years progressive project support skills & experience ranging from PM, industrial marketing / sales, procurement, technical writing - ideally with 5+ years commercial / proposals experience in industrial construction &/or maintence contracts / proposals
• Strong communication skills - written, verbal and presentation, and proven accuracy and attention to detail
• Post secondary education in Engineering / Quantity Surveying is preferred, other relvant degrees / disignations are also considered Business / Finance, PMP
• Strong commercial / proposal software skills & experience including MS & Sales Force - QVidian (RFPIO, Loopio) experience would be an asset
• Canadian citizens & Canadian Permanent Residency status candidates preferred, candidates with Canadian work visas will be considered
