Competitive Salary $50,000 - $70,000, plus benefits and Bonus

Our client, with almost 100 years of furniture manufacturing experience, is seeking an organized and energetic Executive Assistant to support the Regional Sales Manager and broader Sales Team in the Southeast US region. This role is primarily remote, with occasional on-site meetings or events, and would be based in Birmingham, AL, Huntsville, AL, or Atlanta, GA. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for various administrative and organizational tasks, that help to optimize the time and efficiency of the team.  The ideal candidate is happiest in a fast paced environment, where their positive attitude and strong work ethic shine! 

The Role:

  • Schedule appointments and manage the Regional Sales Manager’s calendar.

  • Book hotels, flights, and other travel arrangements.

  • Organize dinners, events, and meetings.

  • Assist with expense reports and other administrative tasks.

  • Provide support to the Southeast Sales team, including 3 other Sales Directors.

  • Develop and maintain a well-organized data and organization system.

  • Handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

  • Over time, grow into more advanced roles, including sales support, lead tracking, and event planning/presentations.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an executive assistant role or similar position.

  • Experience supporting sales teams or executives is preferred.

  • Demonstrated success in managing administrative tasks efficiently.

  • Experience in the furniture or manufacturing industry is a plus but not required.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.

  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.

  • Proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

  • Familiarity with sales processes and CRM software is a plus, but not required.
