With a plan of steady growth ahead, this Firm needs to add a Finance Accountant (Manager) to their small dynamic team to support the growth of the organization. This role will play a crucial part of overseeing the day to day accounting and financial operations of the Firm.
Reporting to the CFO, and working within a small team of 3 staff responsibilities will include:

- Project Proformas
- Financial Analysis
- Revenue & Cost Tracking
- Lender Relations
- Loan/DPI Applications
- Construction Monitoring
- Progress Reports and Project Reporting
- Legal & Compliance reports as needed
Qualifications:
- Post Secondary education in Accounting or Finance
- 1+ years experience in construction, real estate development or similar industries
- Strong understanding of cash flow management
- MUST speak Mandarin and English, both written and verbal, with the ability to present financial information clearly
