About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Foam and Coating Superintendent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience specifically in spray polyurethane foam (SPF) roofing and coatings, along with prior experience as a Superintendent managing crews and projects. This role is responsible for overseeing job sites, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and maintaining safety and efficiency on commercial roofing projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of commercial foam and coating roofing projects from start to finish
• Lead and supervise crews, ensuring productivity, quality, and adherence to project timelines
• Train and mentor team members on best practices for SPF and roof coating applications
• Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and company policies
• Coordinate material deliveries, project schedules, and subcontractor activities
• Conduct quality control inspections and troubleshoot issues as needed
• Maintain strong communication with project managers, clients, and team members
• Complete job site documentation, including progress reports and safety logs
• Enforce job site cleanliness and organization

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in SPF roofing and coatings
• Prior experience as a Superintendent in commercial roofing
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate crews
• Knowledge of spray foam application, acrylic, silicone, and elastomeric coatings
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specs, and safety regulations
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to travel to job sites as needed
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
