Salary: $160,000 - $210,000

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead major construction projects through all phases to success. Your expertise will guide projects from estimation to completion, ensuring excellence in all aspects. Your leadership and communication skills will be crucial for building strong relationships and leading the project team.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead High-Impact Projects: Spearhead new project pursuits, from proposal development and scheduling to cost estimation. Your leadership will drive business development and shape future opportunities.

  • Innovate Project Delivery: Lead the way in design-build, design-assist, and other innovative project delivery methods, redefining how projects are executed.

  • Oversee the Bid Process: Manage the bid process with precision, ensuring all details are covered and risks are proactively mitigated, setting new standards for accuracy.

  • Expert Estimation: Leverage your expertise in conceptual estimation and unit costs to prepare and manage detailed estimates that guide project success.

  • Craft Protective Contracts: Develop robust contracts that protect the company while opening doors to new opportunities, using your acumen in contract terms to resolve issues effectively.

  • Champion Project Management: Oversee all aspects of project management, including estimating, procurement, budgeting, and financial reporting, overcoming challenges with proactive problem-solving.

  • Ensure Efficiency: Manage permits, inspections, and procurement processes seamlessly to keep projects on track and on schedule.

  • Build Strong Relationships: Foster lasting connections with project teams, clients, design teams, and subcontractors, leading collaborative success in OAC (Owner-Architect-Contractor) activities.

  • Optimize Resources: Implement construction technology, sustainability practices, and lean methods to drive project efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Collaborate On-Site: Work closely with Superintendents and field management to streamline site activities and resolve field challenges.

  • Lead and Develop Talent: Supervise and mentor project staff, focusing on their growth and development, and inspire top-tier talent through effective leadership.

  • Champion Company Culture: Uphold the organization’s values and standards with integrity, promoting a positive and ethical work environment.

  • Promote Safety: Advocate for the company’s safety culture, contribute to safety policy development and actively participate in safety meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Experience & Impact: Over 10 years of progressive construction experience in the Advanced Technology sector, with a proven track record of managing diverse projects and clients.

  • Certifications: Industry certifications such as OSHA 10, LEED AP, and/or DBIA are advantageous.

  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in scheduling, budgeting, and estimating software.

  • Leadership Skills: Exceptional communication and team leadership abilities.

  • Proven Success: Demonstrated success in construction and project management, with a track record of completing science and technology projects.
