Service Sales Manager (Commercial Roofing)

Location: Waco, TX (Relocation assistance available)
Salary: $100,000–$120,000 annually + bonuses

Your Responsibilities

As the Service Sales Manager, you will:

Inspire and Lead

  • Coach and mentor Sales Representatives to achieve their full potential.
  • Evaluate performance to ensure individual and team success.

Develop and Execute Strategies

  • Craft innovative sales plans and set ambitious goals.
  • Analyze market trends to identify new growth opportunities.

Cultivate Client Relationships

  • Build strong connections with clients, architects, consultants, and property managers.
  • Deliver customized commercial roofing service solutions.

Expand Business Opportunities

  • Drive lead generation through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Convert leads into long-term clients through effective follow-ups.

Ensure Seamless Project Management

  • Manage accurate estimates, contracts, and financial tracking.
  • Oversee a smooth handoff from sales to project execution.

Boost Visibility

  • Plan and participate in marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and reach.

What You Bring to the Role

Required:

  • High School Diploma / GED.
  • At least 5 years of commercial construction sales experience, with preference for managing a sales team.
  • Extensive knowledge of commercial roofing systems (single-ply, asphalt, cold-applied, hot-applied, and metal).
  • Proven ability to exceed sales targets and grow market share.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills and proficiency in sales tracking systems.

Preferred:

  • A degree in Business or Construction Management.
