SALARY: $160k - $210k
LOCATION: Milpitas. CA

Are you ready to take on a pivotal role where you’ll drive major construction projects to success? As a Senior Project Manager, you will command all aspects of high-stakes, complex projects or multiple dynamic projects of varying sizes. Your expertise will shine through every project lifecycle phase—from the initial estimating and procurement to engineering, accounting, construction, safety, and quality assurance. With your advanced problem-solving abilities and top-notch communication skills, you’ll inspire and lead your team, forging strong relationships with clients and key trade partners.



What You’ll Do:
  • Lead High-Impact Projects: Dive into new project pursuits, master proposal development, schedule creation, and cost estimation. Become a central figure in driving business development and shaping future opportunities.
  • Innovate Project Delivery: Be at the forefront of design-build, design-assist, and other cutting-edge project delivery methods. Your leadership will redefine how projects are executed.
  • Master the Bid Process: Oversee the bid process with precision, ensuring every detail is covered and risks are proactively managed. Your strategic approach will set new standards for accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Expert Estimation: Showcase your expertise in conceptual estimation and unit costs. Prepare and manage detailed estimates that guide project success from preconstruction through to completion.
  • Craft Protective Contracts: Develop contracts that safeguard the company while opening doors to new fee opportunities. Your acumen in contract terms will resolve issues and protect project interests.
  • Champion Project Management: Navigate every aspect of project management with skill—estimating, procurement, budgeting, financial reporting, and more. Your proactive problem-solving will overcome any challenges that arise.
  • Ensure Efficiency: Guarantee that permits, inspections, and procurement are handled seamlessly to keep projects on track and schedule.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Cultivate lasting connections with project teams, clients, design teams, and subcontractors. Your leadership in OAC (Owner-Architect-Contractor) activities will foster collaborative success.
  • Optimize Resources: Leverage construction technology, sustainability practices, and lean methods to drive efficiency and effectiveness. Your innovative approach will elevate project performance.
  • Collaborate on-site: Work closely with Superintendents and field management to streamline site activities and tackle field challenges head-on.
  • Lead and Develop Talent: Supervise and mentor project staff, focusing on their growth and development. Your leadership will inspire and cultivate top-tier talent.
  • Champion the Company's Culture: Uphold the organization's values and standards with integrity and professionalism. Your role will be crucial in promoting a positive, ethical work environment.
  • Promote Safety: Advocate for the organization’s safety culture, contribute to safety policy development and actively participate in safety meetings.


What You’ll Need:
  • Educational Excellence: A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience & Impact: Over 10 years of progressive construction experience in the Advanced Technology sector, with a proven track record of managing diverse projects and clients.
  • Certifications: Industry certifications like OSHA 10, LEED AP, and/or DBIA are a plus.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in scheduling, budgeting, and estimating software.
  • Leadership Skills: Exceptional interpersonal communication and team leadership abilities.
  • Proven Success: Must possess a solid background in construction and project management, with a proven track record of successfully completing science and technology projects.
