The successful candidate will have:
- Proven experience working for an electrical contractor
- 7+ years in electrical estimating or preconstruction, with a strong focus on complex or large-scale projects
- Hands-on experience in data center or mission-critical environments, including hyperscale builds
- Deep understanding of electrical systems and how they influence project cost, constructability, and design strategy
- Proficiency with industry-standard tools such as Accubid, ConEst, Bluebeam, and Procore
- Demonstrated leadership and mentorship skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor
- A strategic mindset with a passion for process improvement and innovation
