Lead High-Profile Electrical Construction Projects:
We’re looking for a Project Director to oversee large-scale electrical construction projects from start to finish. This role includes financial oversight, project scheduling, change order management, and client relationship management.

Reports To:
Senior Director or Vice President
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead electrical construction projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Take full responsibility for project financials, including cost control, revenue tracking, billing, projections, and profitability analysis.
- Prepare and negotiate estimates and change orders.
- Develop, maintain, and integrate project schedules with general contractor timelines.
- Oversee VDC coordination, prefabrication, and technology integration (e.g., Trimble Total Station).
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project success.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures.
- Serve as the primary client contact, fostering long-term relationships.
- Mentor and develop project managers and senior trade professionals.
What You Bring:
- 7+ years of experience as a Senior Project Manager or 4+ years as a Project Executive/Director in commercial electrical work.
- Proven track record managing electrical construction projects over $20M.
- Strong estimating and change order preparation skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Proficiency in project management software and scheduling tools (Microsoft Project, P6).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain within a year).
