Role: Production Manager (Roofing Company)
Location: Poulsbo, WA
Salary: $80k-$120k

In this essential role, you will lead the way, directing and guiding every aspect of our roofing projects with energy, precision, and an unwavering dedication to achieving the highest standards of excellence. Your objective is to guarantee that our roofing systems are not just installed with efficiency but with a touch of brilliance.



What You’ll Do:


Project Planning:

• Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Determine the materials and equipment required for each project.

Team Management:

• Recruit, train, and manage roofing crews and laborers. Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members. Provide guidance and supervision to ensure safety and quality.

Quality Control:

• Oversee the installation and construction of roofing systems to meet industry standards and customer expectations. Perform inspections to identify and address any issues or defects.

Safety Compliance:

• Ensure that all work is carried out safely and in compliance with industry regulations. Implement and enforce safety protocols to protect workers and prevent accidents.

Material Management:

• Coordinate the delivery and storage of roofing materials. Monitor and manage inventory to prevent shortages or excess materials.

Budget and Cost Management:

• Monitor project budgets to control costs and expenses. Provide cost estimates and quotes for roofing projects.

Client Communication:

• Interact with clients to update them on project progress. Address client concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain detailed records of project activities, including work schedules, expenses, and completion status. Generate reports for senior management or clients as needed.

Problem Solving:

• Identify and resolve issues or challenges that may arise during roofing projects.

What You’ll Need:

• Previous experience in the roofing industry is required.
• Strong knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and best practices.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Project management and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
