What You’ll Do:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify potential clients and projects in the commercial roofing sector.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities.
- Conduct on-site visits to assess clients' roofing needs.
- Offer expert advice and recommendations on roofing systems, materials, and solutions.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, estimates, and quotations for roofing projects.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders in the roofing industry.
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay updated on industry trends, roofing materials, and best practices.
- Provide clients with in-depth information on the benefits of various roofing systems.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure successful project execution.
- Act as a point of contact between clients and the company during the project.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
What You’ll Need:
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in the commercial roofing, construction, or Building Materials industry.
- Strong understanding of roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and project management abilities.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites
