As a Commercial Roofing Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and securing commercial roofing projects. You will work closely with clients to understand their roofing needs and provide expert guidance on roofing systems and solutions. This role involves a combination of sales, customer relationship management, and technical knowledge of roofing materials and techniques.

Our client is one of the largest commercial roofing contractors in the US with locations in most metro areas across the country and is currently ranked top 5 Roofing companies in the US.

What You’ll Do:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:
  • Identify potential clients and projects in the commercial roofing sector.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities.
Client Consultation:
  • Conduct on-site visits to assess clients' roofing needs.
  • Offer expert advice and recommendations on roofing systems, materials, and solutions.
Sales and Quotation:
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, estimates, and quotations for roofing projects.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients.
Relationship Building:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders in the roofing industry.
  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Product Knowledge:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, roofing materials, and best practices.
  • Provide clients with in-depth information on the benefits of various roofing systems.
Project Management:
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure successful project execution.
  • Act as a point of contact between clients and the company during the project.
Sales Targets:
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

What You’ll Need:
  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in the commercial roofing, construction, or Building Materials industry.
  • Strong understanding of roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and project management abilities.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites
