If you're looking for a role where you can truly make an impact, lead exciting projects, and shape the future of design—this is the opportunity for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a registered Architect with the AAA or an Intern Architect, you will play a key role in a variety of impactful and dynamic projects. Here’s what you can expect:

  • Creative Problem Solving: Work alongside talented professionals to resolve complex design and technical challenges with innovative solutions.
  • Client Engagement: Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded at every stage of the project.
  • Design Mastery: Take the reins in presenting bold, cutting-edge design concepts to clients, showcasing your vision and expertise.
  • Sustainable Design: Integrate forward-thinking sustainable design solutions into your projects, contributing to the future of environmentally conscious architecture.
  • Collaborate & Coordinate: Work hand-in-hand with consultants, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Project Management: Lead regular meetings to resolve project issues, collaborate with other disciplines, and keep everything on track.
  • Shape the Studio: Participate in staff reviews and contribute to a vibrant, team-driven studio culture that encourages innovation and growth.
From the first sketch to the final construction phase, you’ll be immersed in every part of the project lifecycle, working on some of the most exciting and high-profile developments in the industry. Your creativity and leadership will shine as you work closely with clients and stakeholders to bring visionary projects to life. There’s ample opportunity for those who are ready to step into a leadership role and grow within the company.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience: 5-12 years of professional experience, with a strong portfolio of diverse, high-quality projects.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead teams, provide mentorship, and manage multiple moving parts.
  • Design Excellence: A creative mindset and the ability to solve complex design challenges with innovative, sustainable solutions.
  • Client-Facing Expertise: Excellent communication skills, with experience building relationships and leading client presentations.
  • Tech Savvy: Expertise in Revit and a keen eye for design and detail.
  • Team Player: A collaborative spirit, with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Business Acumen: Experience in client management and business development is a plus, but not essential.

Why You’ll Love It Here:

  • Collaborative & Supportive Culture: Work in a vibrant, team-driven environment that fosters creativity, mentorship, and professional growth.
  • Competitive Compensation: Enjoy a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, performance-based bonuses, and extra perks.
  • Work Flexibility: Benefit from a flexible hybrid work model that supports your work-life balance.
  • Professional Growth: Take advantage of ongoing learning opportunities, including leadership development and career advancement.
  • Exciting Projects: Be part of a firm renowned for its innovation, with the chance to work on cutting-edge, high-profile projects that make a real impact.
