About the client
An expanding architectural firm with multiple offices, and projects across Canada, is looking to hire a fully licensed OAA architect, or near fully OAA licensed Architect, to work in London Ontario. They require someone strong in Revit; experienced in mid-sized ($10-$100 million dollars) projects; universities, community centers, dental or medical offices and labs, senior homes or mixed-use mid-rise buildings.

About the client

They require someone strong in Revit; experienced in mid-sized ($10-$100 million dollars) projects; universities, community centers, dental or medical offices and labs, senior homes or mixed-use mid-rise buildings.
What they are looking for
- Bachelor or Master of Architecture credentials; experienced working in structured teams using Revit to produce and mark-up detailed drawings
- A portfolio demonstrating skills across a nice blend of sophisticated projects; projects more sophisticated than custom homes or retail or small office renovations
- Strong Revit skills and OBC knowledge; experience across SD, DD, WD phases & construction administration (CA) duties
- Ability to produce or oversee a full set of high-quality drawings in Revit; details and documentation that are clear, accurate, comprehensive and consistent
- Excellent English skills; ability to collaborate well with employees and external stakeholders
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and project management software
