Salary:  $150,000 OTE
Location:  Calgary/Vancouver Hybrid

SUMMARY
Our client is a healthcare solutions company specializing in advanced medical device innovations. Our portfolio of cutting-edge products is transforming patient care and improving outcomes across North America. They are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Senior Manager, Sales to enhance and lead our sales efforts across North America. As a driven, go-getter professional, you will be responsible for driving growth, managing key relationships with research and development teams, as well as corporate professionals, and consistently surpassing sales targets through strategic execution.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute market analysis and sales strategies to drive growth in the medical device market across North America.
  • Build and manage relationships with key clients in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.
  • Work closely with research and development and corporate professionals to align on product needs and opportunities.
  • Create accurate sales forecasts, track performance metrics, and consistently exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand market share.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful product launches and customer satisfaction.
  • Act in a complex environment of competition, government legislation, hospital practices and technological advancements.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • B.Sc. in Life Sciences or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of sales experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry in North America with developed contacts.
  • Proven experience working with research and development and corporate professionals.
  • Demonstrated success in sales forecasting, tracking metrics, and consistently surpassing sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • A driven, results-oriented professional with a proven track record of managing large territories and multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate must have legal authority to work in Canada.
