Position: Site Superintendent - High-Rise Residential Construction

Job Description:

As a Site Superintendent, you will oversee the on-site execution of high-rise residential construction projects, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and quality standards. You will lead a dynamic team of tradespeople and subcontractors, collaborating closely with project managers, engineers, and architects to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all on-site activities, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction activities to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
• Supervise and mentor on-site staff, subcontractors, and tradespeople, providing guidance and support to maintain high productivity and quality.
• Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations, promoting a culture of safety consciousness among all personnel on-site.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or obstacles, and implement proactive measures to mitigate issues and keep projects on track.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and architects to interpret plans, resolve design discrepancies, and meet project specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to verify artistry and compliance with project requirements.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities to facilitate smooth project execution and promptly address any concerns or inquiries.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Superintendent in high-rise residential construction projects. 
• Thorough understanding of construction methods, building codes, and regulations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate on-site teams.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Diploma or degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (preferred).
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Gold Seal Certification) are an asset.

Salary:
